I will spare you all the details of a very, very long story of a refrigerator going terribly wrong. We purchased all five of our appliances from this store, and for the most part are happy with our purchases. However, after some very aggravating problems with our fridge and the manufacturer, and the warranty company, the store manager, Randy Killam, went above and beyond to help us and ease our frustrations as much as he could. Although the problems with our fridge were very frustrating, and our confidence in this specific brand of fridge has been shattered, we would purchase from this store again because the store manager really understands customer service. It is understandable that when purchasing anything, things may go wrong, but how it is dealt with makes all the difference and will keep customers coming back.
