Be careful when using Home Depot ! - respond
“A few years back we had our kitchen remodeled by the Home Depot on Grand Marshall. The designer that we used was great but the installers were another story. It appears that the Home Depot uses sub-contractors which makes it hard for them to control the quality and service. The installers would not show up when they said they would and they even called one time at 8:00 p.m. to see if they could come over now and work for a couple of hours. I had was shocked by the fact that they would even ask this of a customer especially knowing that I had children at home. It took longer than it should have ”

“I wanted to build a queensized bed frame and headboard. I went to home depot with a hand sketched idea (not even very well drawn)and they took it into their own hands to help me find each and everything I would need for my project. They really went above and beyond.”

“I was very impressed with the service I recieved. Knowledgeable and when they found out I was also looking for cheap carpet for a basement store room they found old carpet that they didn't need and gave it to me for almost 75% off. Great place.”

“We had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to help us because there was only one person who was at the station. However, once we were served, she knew her products and provided us with a great experience and suggested which brushes we should use instead of the ones we picked up.”

“We acquired Home Depot to purchase and install a storm door. We found the quality of the door to be superior. We also found that the gentleman at the order desk was professional and helpful. Also, they installation went extremely well and the follow up was timely and helpful. Overall an excellent job.”
