He responded almost immediately to my request for a second quote when the first one I received from a different service provider was, to my mind, excessive under the circumstances. He came the next day to assess the job. He did so thoroughly. He explained all my options. BUT, he did not try to oversell by suggesting utilities I did not need. He took the time to understand my needs and my budget. He suggested what he would do under the circumstances. He was professional and thorough. I ended up spending about one third of my original quote. The installation was done promptly within a few days. I cannot recommend Renato enough.
