CAS is the best! During Covid they were the only appliance store that would deliver inside my home. I have used them ever since and have never been disappointed. Excellent sales staff and a delivery crew that can be tracked to a half hour window.

We recently purchased a new fridge from CAS. We went into the store with our existing fridge's specifications and measurements. We spent the majority of the time discussing size (as our space is extremely limited) with the salesperson. We carefully reviewed the new fridge's measurements to ensure that it aligns with that of our existing / old fridge. However, the salesperson failed to inform us of the importance of hinge clearance. After we hooked up the fridge and moved it into it's place, we realized that the left door cannot fully open because of this oversight. CAS refuses to accept any responsibility and will not let us return the fridge.

Purchased, delivered and placed with complete satisfaction on all accounts. We highly recommend this company for any purchase.

This install was a difficult one. It's a narrow winding staircase to the location. The guys remained positive, happy and respectful through the entire job. They took their time removing all the parts that needed to come off, to navigate the staircase, and then rebuilt it in position.
I dreaded this install, and the guys made it a positive experience.

Horrible service.

I spoke with a trusted salesperson and let them know I was looking to purchase a washer dryer, a new stove and a hood fan. He said he was knowledgable and he would help me and we went through our products. I also ordered delivery and installation which did not happen as it should the knowledgable salesman. His name was Armin, sent me a 30 inch hood fan when I had a 30 inch gas stove youre supposed to have a 36 inch hood fan .

Apparently, you cannot return a hood fan or exchange it without paying restocking fees, so Customer gets stuck restocking fees because salesman does not know what hes doing.

They are very nice when you making a sale but when they make a mistake, they quickly turn against the customer. This is not the kind of service anybody should receive after spending $8000.

Great service, friendly knowledgeable and efficient.. Delivery was fast and on time as we were notified.

Needed a new refrigerator quickly. Ravi at CAS gave us great advice and we had a new one we're happy with a day later.

Delivery personal were friendly courteous and professional. Both took pride and were very careful during the installation of the fridge.
