Replace old iron railing on large veranda
Art Metal was recommended to us by the company who did our interlock patio, and driveway.
After getting estimates for aluminum railing and iron railings, (and being stood up by a few others), we decided to go with iron because Art Metal gave us the best price.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Alex and Eugene were always helpful and ready to assist.
The job was a little difficult because the old pillars could not be removed since they support the large veranda. However they were able to put up the new pillars by joining them at the top with the old ones and then cutting the old one away. You can’t even tell the old ones were there!
The entire process took 8 weeks due to it being the summer and construction is always busy at that time. It wasn’t a big deal though.
The railing looks amazing. It is the icing on the cake after 2 years of indoor and outdoor renovations.
We are very happy with the results. It is nice to see a family business treat their customers like family.
