The reviews at Home Star are really helpful. Based on them I contacted MGG and it turned out that Martin and his team are great! They are clear and effective in communication. Martin did the inspection upon arrival and figured out the problem (the damper wasnt fully open due to the loosening of the winding nut). Martin got it fixed and cleaned the chimney. All was done in less than an hour. He also gave tips on how to use the chimney. Very satisfied! Will definitely recommend MGG and Martin to friends and anyone needs chimney service.
