I called Air in Motion H & C due to a no heat situation in my parent's house. Steve called me back immediately and Nick, the technician arrived at the house shortly thereafter.
Nick quickly diagnosed that the furnace needed a new motor. Unfortunately, the part was out of stock and would only be available the next day.
Nick was very conscientious and offered to loan my elderly parents (in their 80's) a heater for the day. That was really appreciated. He also committed to driving to Oakville early the next day to pick up the part and install it ASAP. He was true to his word - the next day he arrived at my parent's house before 8:30. He installed the part quickly and everything was up and running a short while later.
The service was very quick, efficient and friendly.. I highly recommend this company!
