Damski Masonry

This is the second time Damski Masonry has done masonry work for us. Paul and Martin completed the tuckpointing of our flagstone porch in one day. The porch look better than new. They were prompt. courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience with Paul. Paul was quick to respond, met commitments and had good follow through. The completed job looks great and I wish I had done it years ago. I would definitely recommend Paul and he will be my go to guy for brick work in the future.

Paul did an excellent job in repairing the top of our chimney. This is the second time we have used Pauls company. He also completed the parging of our foundation a few years ago on short notice. Again, excellent work.

My experience with Paul was first class and I would recommend his services if chimney repair is what you need. He replied to my request for an estimate promptly, scheduled the work to suit my needs, completed the job within the timeframe promised and with no unexpected additional cost and did a great job cleaning up the site when finished. This time, they tuckpointed all our window sills. Paul and Martin completed the work in one day and again, the workmanship was A+! They were courteous and carefully cleaned up after the job. Our chimney needed repair and called a couple masonry for price quote. Paul came and climbed up to inspect and took pictures of the chimney and recommended course of action. He also provided quote and photos right away.
We ended up spending more to do chimney rebuild rather than repair to have a peace of mind.
Paul and his team showed up on time and completed the work professionally. The site was cleaned up afterwards and the new chimney match perfectly with rest of the bricks. Would recommend Paul for brick work.

For the very first masonry project in my life, I was being extremely cautious and shortlisted 9 contractors based off reviews. Out of all, Paul is the only one that didn't bluff and try to scare me off so I will pay big dollars. He took a honest approach and did not take advantage of me, which is really impressive. That said, the quote he provided is reasonable and extremely competitive.

Himself and his friend Martin are both friendly and professional. They showed up by 8:00 AM everyday and may even work during weekend to honor the timeline agreed upon. We got rained out for almost an entire week but he managed to deliver with only one day delay.

Additionally he tried his best to clean up every day when he called it a day and he spared no efforts in cleaning up.

So i would certainly recommend

Paul arrived on time to give our requested estimate. He is the only craftsman of the five companies we contacted to bring a ladder to inspect our chimney from the roof and he took photographs to show us what needed to be repaired. He also showed us photographs upon completion of the chimney work. Paul did tuck pointing around our fireplace and did a beautiful parging job in our basement. Paul also fixed an unsightly mess on the back wall of our house and matched our brick colour perfectly.
Paul is pleasant, he knows his craft, and he gives great advice. We will call him again when needed and we recommend him highly.

We are currently renovating our Mississauga home which was originally built in the 1960's and the 2 chimneys were in a horrible state of repair. Paul and his team were very quick to give us an estimate and they followed up to do the work very promptly. He showed us pictures of his work and the chimneys look good as new.
