For years we've had cold bedrooms in our top floor (those bedrooms also happen to be furthest away from the furnace!). To try and solve it, we've added insulation, replaced windows with no significant change in comfort or temperature.

After having done some research on air sealing (and seeing all the positive reviews of Aeroseal Tech), I reached Victor. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me walking through potential causes and the Aeroseal process. Very knowledgeable, he explained the process end to end and answered a number of questions (not all related to the ducts or air system). No pressure, very reassuring.

In moving forward, I was able to arrange for the sealing to be done a few weeks after my initial call with Victor. His crew arrived on time - and very conscious of wearing protective covers on their shoes and protecting the floors. The crew were also very knowledgeable and well equipped with thermal cameras to review causes of heat loss and other devices to measure airflow in the ducts.

Through the process, my ducts went from 30%+ leakage to less than 0.5%. After balancing the ducts, airflow to the two cold rooms improved by more than DOUBLE the original flow (pre-sealing). We now have NO perceivable difference in temperature between the floors (vs. before it was either a wall of cold in the winter or a heat wall in the summer going up the stairs) and our two bedrooms are finally warm and comfortable. I'm looking forward to the summer for more balanced air conditioning across the house (and hopefully lower power bills!).

I can't speak enough about how well this works. I'd encourage you to do some research (as I did) on the process. Aeroseal Tech are a reputable company and know their product well.

Fantastic experience and can vouch for all the other positive reviews here (it's rare to see such consistency on Homestars.. clearly a strong endorsement for the company and results!).. it's not inexpensive but has made the biggest impact in comfort for our home in only a few hours.

My home is now very responsive to any call for space heating/cooling; the temperature changes very quickly based on what I set on the thermostat. They found 3 areas that needed to be sealed. They conducted the testing then the actual sealing very quickly (they were here about 2.5 hours in total) and were very unobtrusive and professional. They walked me though the results (including a printed report) and explained everything to me. I'd highly recommend them!

Victor was very knowledgeable. Victor and his team did a great job explains every step. They were as advertised and we definitely see a huge difference in efficiency of our heating and cooling in every room.

I reached out to Aeroseal Tech after reading their reviews. I booked my appointment to have my house Aerosealed right away. I cannot believe the difference. I was losing more than 50% airflow in my home. I now have a 99.3% reduction in my Duct leakage. My home feels so much more comfortable. The team was very professional and did a great job. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Airoseal service for sealing the ducts regulating the temperature at my home, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the results. After residing in my house for over 20 years, I had always noticed a persistent chill in the master bedroom in the winter, and uncomfortably hot in the summer. The master bedroom is located above the garage and I always thought that this was the reason for the difference in temperature.However, since Airoseal sealed repaired and adjusted the airflow in the ducts my entire house has experienced a remarkable increase in warmth and comfort and the temperature in the master bedroom has become consistent with the rest of the house within less than a one degree difference.
The temperature is consistent throughout the house from basement to the main and second floor.
I find this to be one of the best investment toward the house.

We were referred to Aeroseal Tech by a colleague after complaining about the lack of balance in temperatures across our three stories (two floors and a finished basement). The service was expensive, but in an initial sales meeting we were walked through what the process would be and how results would be measured.

The process involves measuring air flow through all vents, then sealing them and pushing the "aeroseal" gel through the vents. After the gel has been sent through the vents, the airflow is re-measured and the vents are then balanced (partially blocked) to ensure airflow.

We previously had a regular 5 difference (sometimes more) between our basement and upstairs. After the highly professional service by the techs (about three hours), we noticed the difference the same evening and the difference was stark by the following day.

The sales pitch said that the service would pay for itself over a five year period in reduced energy costs but the quality of life improvements made the service immediately worth it. I would highly recommend this to any home owner.

I have lived in my house for 19 years. There were always cold/hot sports on the second floor. I investigated several options to correct this and decided to try Aeroseal Tech. Victor was very patient and honest and I felt he was a true professional. His team arrived on time, and automatically went to work giving me a lot of confidence. The results were amazing and instant. I no longer have a draft in the 2 bedrooms that are over the garage. My ducts had 43% leakage when they arrived at my house. After their service my ducts had 0.3%. This is a 99.4% reduction in duct leakage! I wish I had dine this service years ago! Im so pleased! I highly recommend this company!
