82 year old Mom noticed mice. Service provider did not address the issue. They promised should you still see evidence of rodents we will readdress. Had them back in 2 weeks, as the issue persisted. Scheduled 4 treatments. Committed to follow up on October 3rd. But No!

Emails from them received confirming 3 additional treatments. They somehow forgot their contract. Changed their story.

We had a bed bug problem needed to be taken care urgently.
Taha was very quick to respond and we could make the appointment next day! And many other company give you 2-5 hours window to come so we have to waste basically half day, but his window was just 30 min! No time to wait!
His job was totally professional ; took all bed cover and full inspected any trace of bed bugs. His service is included 2 treatments, 2 weeks apart and each about 45 min for 3 bedroom. Great professional service and highly recommended !!

The property I took over had been run into the ground by previous renters. It was the worst-case scenario of a german cockroach infestation. Taha was exceptional. He patiently answered every question I had and gave us a fair quote for such a big job. The extermination has been very effective. Best of all Taha is discrete. He shows up in vehicle with no advertisements on it and doesn't draw attention from the neighborhood.

I consider Taha like family at this point. We had so many unresolved pest issues when we moved into our house which is very close to Lake Ontario. Taha has managed to get all of them under control and we have no doubt if any of them come back he'll help us out in no time. Most recently, he helped rid us of our bedbug infestation, while helping me cope with the anxiety around the situation. We trusted him to take care of the issue while we were out of town and loaned him a key, and we came home to a house that no longer had bedbugs!
