Alex at Award Plg and Drains to the rescue!

Yes. Alex and crew really saved the day for us when. on Boxing day of all days, everything backed up.
I called the top ranked home star plumbing superstars, but alas with no response. I left messages ( to no avail as it turned out. No one returned my call.)

I tried Award Plumbing & Drains and to my surprise a live person answered. Not just an answering service, but the owner Alex himself. Better, he came out himself within an hour to temporarily fix the problem.

The following day his crew completed the job professionally, replacing the damaged section of pipe. Alex himself came out later to show me the condition of the drain to the city line Very satisfied with all aspects of service and price. Alex and crew have exceeded my expectations, and have my highest recommendation.

addendum two months later: Alex's crew returned to the scene to replace the entire section of pipe from inside the house to the city line outside. Job was done professionally with all debris removed. Pleased with all aspects of the work. A pleasure dealing with Alex n his people!
