We were very disappointed with the way Sergei handled our appointment. He decided that the original time agreed up on was not suitable for him just 2 hours before he was to come and pretty much said I can come now and if not it would be tomorrow via text. I was on a work call and was not able to have him come right at that time. I tried calling him but he just ignored my calls and texts. I rearranged my day and made the space available for him to show up hours prior and really needed my tv up before the weekend. This is poor customer service and not a way to treat people. Go somewhere else! There are plenty of great installers out there.
