Evan and his team (led by Loise) did an incredible job on our full kitchen remodel - handling everything from electrical and plumbing to installing a gas line, lighting and painting. The project was particularly challenging due to the custom cabinets we selected, which were not easy to work with, but Loise pulled it off. He not only executed our plan 100%, but also made some good suggestions that improved the overall design, even though it made the job a bit more challenging for him. His expertise and commitment shows in the final product, and we couldnt have chosen a better team for the job!

We recently had our basement finished by an exceptional team of contractors, and I cannot praise them enough. From the very first interaction with Evan, who came by to assess the basement, it was clear we were dealing with true professionals. Evan's consistent communication throughout the project put our minds at ease, ensuring that we were always informed and comfortable with the progress.

Evan and his team (Louis and Susan) were a delight to work with. This was a once in a lifetime project for us and we had a long wish list along with no shortage of worries about how everything will be accomplished. But Evan and his team did a fabulous job understanding our requirements, explaining considerations, and making recommendations. They are very professional and fair in every aspect. The work itself was completed with great finishing and attention to detail. Very impressive. They gave us time when we needed it for decision making, and were willing to work with new products and systems (especially lighting). They were also willing to accommodate revisions to the scope. Evan, Daniel and his team just completed a huge renovation in our whole house, from the second floor to the basement. We hired the Jiangs company to do our renovation because from the very beginning itself, we appreciated the way Evan detailed the cost and the description of what his company would do for our 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, bedrooms floors and total basement project. The description was transparent and the estimate was fair, and reasonable. Evans knowledge of where we could choose the nicest and most affordable materials of our choice has led us to save quite a bit. A great person to work with.
Daniel led his team to work in a very professional and organized fashion. They remained polite, respectful and hardworking throughout the whole project. They worked tirelessly everyday from 10am to 8pm except on Tuesdays. Daniel provided us a timeline of when they were going to finish each part of this huge project and they did it in exactly within the time frame, without sacrificing their workmanship. All along the renovation, Daniel was patient, and understanding even when we had to make last minute changes, and he always kept an open line of communication with us. A great person to work with.
Daniel and Evan added few extra upgrades to our home to make it very custom built. Highly recommend this contractor. We used Jiangs Design & Reno Inc. to renovate our condo. The job included installation of new vinyl floor, kitchen counter top, backsplash, double sink, faucet, kitchen range hood and a new custom shower door. Evan, Daniel and their team were super efficient (their team actually finished ahead of schedule!!). The communication was clear and easy.
