This company was lovely to work with. The team lead, Jakub, was kindhearted and always used manners and etiquette. His style of interaction translated to his entire team as well. Which was so refreshing! They even showed "class" when dealing with a confrontational grumpy neighbor directly next door to us.
The work included: consulting, designing, structural engineering, plumbing, electrical, city permits, drawings, materials, lots of digging, lots of dumpsters, porta potty and always cleaning up after mess. It was timed well and as expected between 6-8 weeks work from Feb 12 point of basement drill to April 12. Expect 4 weeks of paper work prep before the first dig. All in all, good timing. Our family resided in the home the whole time with no complaints. Now, if you work from home, you may want to set up office on second floor and if you don't have this access, go to your local Toronto Public Library for the work day! We are a busy working family so weekdays was absolutely fine for the guys to work away. They had the freedom to work, blast music and have the job done!
