I was with Reliance for the last 5 years. I had my water heater & furnance on rental plus the electrical and plumbing protection plan with them. I wasn't really happy with the customer service and some bad experiences with their technicians. I also wasn't happy with their billing because every now and then they used to increase the charges.
So I finally decided to look around and found Provincial Smart Home Services through social media. I filled out a short questionnaire and was surprised to receive their call almost immediately after I submitted the form.
The first interection with their customer rep was very pleasant and she walked me over with some of their services and booked an appointment for the very next day.
Their sales rep showed up on time and he explained me the pros and cons professionally to replace my existing traditional water heater with a tankless and a new 96% high-efficiency furnance. He assisted me to make an informed decision and I signed up with them to replace my existing water heater and furnance. In addition he offered me the attic insulation and HEPA Air filtration system. All with 10 years of warranty and service included. They also included my own AC to be covered in the service and protection plan.
The installation was done in the next two days by 2 professional technicians, who kept me involved in deciding the placement of new equipments. They took my old appliances (as part of the buyout process) with them and left the area cleaned after installation.
Part of their offer further included 3 outdoor Google NEST wireless cameras, a Google NEST doorbell (with installation) plus an energy saving kit including kitchen faucet, shower heads and LED bulbs. All for FREE !
The entire process was very smooth and at first it seemed too good to be true and I cannot believe that there are companies like Provincial Smart Home Services out there which really are customer oriented and think about customer benefit rather corporate.
I perticularly was impressed by a gentlemen named Khalid who was in-charge of their installation team. He was prompt in calling and explaining me to eliminate any doubts/ concerns and ensured that I'm satisfied prior anything commenced.
Also, I would like to thank Ms. Shae for her active engagement with me for completing the buyout process of my old appliances from Reliance. She's the best.
All in all, I'm greatly happy to choose Provincial Smart Home Services for providing me with their great service and support and I would highly recommend them.
