Gentjan is very trust worthy and does quality work. I had an excellent experience with him. He gave me a very fair price for my entire house, was very professional, came on time and delivered on schedule. He works very hard, is up front and honest, and delivered quality work. I had a very bad experience working with Genti. My roofer recommended Genti. The working relationship began quite nicely as he showed up, quoted the work and began work. But as we continued to work together the price continued to grow. Things suddenly were not discussed in our previous conversation and the job increased by about 25% upon what was to be completion. He did not fully finish the job. Very dissappointing. I suppose the worst part of the job was that he left the main downspout disconnected which then flooded my elderly neighbours basement. Very disappointed with the job and need to call someone else to come and finish + take care of the expense associated with my neighbours basement. Stay away

Gentjan arrived on time, had a look at the problem and made repairs. He was a professional, did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up when he left.

He was the first to answer my request for a quote on HomeStars. With some exchange of messages and photos, he provided a firm quote. He visited my home a few days later after the decision was made to go with Siding Solutions and gutters. He went over the details of the work order and the select of the materials. He sent the invoice, I provided a nominal deposit, and a date was set within a week since our last communication.

The work was completed as detailed in the work order. However, there are often surprises on any projects. There were two which were brought my attention promptly where he then provided the reason why repairs were needed and a cost for the repair.

Communication is important to understand for any transaction and he did a great job of both.
