I had an issue with an over running sump pump and the team at B&W was incredible. The service was excellent; Corey took the time to explain the work he was doing so we could better understand our home's plumbing. Graham was the very first contractor who reacted in 1 minute and called me. I was completely satisfied with our conversation and approximate price. Corey and Graham came to my place the next day and we were in contract the same day. The actual job was done today, 29 March, 2024.

My Hot water tank stop working recently and I called up B&W Plumbing and they were amazing. They came right away and installed a new tank. Fast, efficient, professional and clean work. Definitely highly recommend!

B&W Plumbing was able to supply and install a shower valve cartridge for and old Delta shower faucet. They were also able change the toilet valve cartridge.

Amazing company....replied to my request within hours....came next day for estimate...confirmed everything by email..showed up on time..polite,
Clean very very professional....courteous..explained work as they were doing...had to cut dry wall to access pipes..left the place very clean...Highly recommend this company...my go to plumbers from now on!! A++++!!

Corey and Graham are personable young men that care deeply about their profession. They worked long and hard to get the job done even with the inevitable problems that arise with every project. They work very well together bouncing ideas off of each other to ensure that the customer (me in this case) gets the best product. This job was only supposed to take between 2 - 3 hours but with problems arising it took 6 hours. They never complained and never rushed to get it done. I am very satisfied with their work and am happy to recommend them.

Corey and Graham did an excellent job, and even finished one day ahead of schedule! They are very professional and pleasant to deal with. They took the time to answer my questions in detail, and were very good at communicating things like arrival times, the amount of remaining time, etc. The price was quite reasonable give the scope of the project, compared to the higher prices that other companies quoted. The quality of the installation of the new pipes appear to be excellent. Couldn't ask for more!
