Appliance Resurrection

I needed a simple washing machine disconnect, but when Karl showed up and found that the water valves were broken, he took the time to find the central water supply in my condo and get it turned off, THEN even installed the new washer to make it more convenient, all while charging me the original quote. Karl is exactly the type of person you want to hire - he uses a level of resourcefulness resemblant of someone working on their own home.

Very happy with the repair. When the new valve he had just bought had a pin hole, he did have an extra in his truck.

Karl did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing our fridge. But most important of all, he was extremely patient and understanding about our concerns not to damage the wood floor in the kitchen when moving the fridnge, and also to get it positioned just right when putting it back in place, so that when you open the doors they don't scrape the cabinets. It was a tight fit, but Karl got it just right!
