Joel came out on Victoria Day to get my neighbours' cat who'd been stuck 10 metres up our tree all day. He spent almost an hour being screeched at and swatted, but kept his cool and eventually gained her confidence and managed to coax her into a carrier and bring her to safety.

Not his usual line of work, I'm sure, but he was amazing throughout and we're all super grateful for his help.

Joel was professional, kind and courteous. His estimate was lower than others that we got, and his work was top notch. They showed up with all of the needed equipment and got right to work. Joel conferred with us as the work was being done, which we greatly appreciated. Joel and his team cleaned up the entire area upon completion. We would highly recommend this company.

We have several trees of varying sizes lining our yard. We had j&c come in to take care of them. They fell a couple trees completely dropping them exactly where they should away from anything they could damage. Even redirected a tree that would have naturally fell on. Neighbors shed.

Joel also climbed a couple of our large maples to do some high pruning and removal of large branches. Using all the proper safety gear of course... it's impressive to watch.
