Had musty smell in front hall. Ray came to the rescue, but more work was created. He was not reliable, and the job hasn't been 'completed'. He ruined some windows, and never sealed any seams.

Ray was excellent with accommodating my schedule and with booking the job before the house went on the market. I was not happy with their cleanliness and it felt as if he was more concerned with getting the job done as quickly as possible rather than focusing on the details.
