There are four key principles of good customer service: It's personalized, competent, convenient, and proactive. Sara and her team's execution on these has exceeded my expectations multiple times.
Personalized: Sara has that human touch. Her one to one interactions show she cares about what you want from her products. It is this approach that earns her repeat business.
Competent: Sara and the installation team have strong knowledge of their products. They are creative and skilled in the making a closet that I enjoy daily.
Convenient: Getting in touch with a Sara and those in the office is easy. The are responsive and dont miss on the smallest details.
Proactive: I never had to follow up with anyone. They reach out and keep you aware of what is going on.
I am not sure what their customer service strategy is but on these four principles, they create a positive, hassle-free customer experience for everyone who deals with your company.
