Shane and Trevor installed the furnace on Friday and ensured that I was totally aware of what was happening. Shane also took the time to explain the features of the new furnace. On Monday, Shane returned with Dustin to install the A/C. Once again everything went very smoothly and again Shane explained everything I needed to know.
