“I couldn’t be happier with the work that Youseff did. I had a persistent shower leak that other people couldn’t pinpoint. With his experience, it took him no time to properly diagnose the problem instead of guessing especially without cutting open my ceiling as other plumbers said they had to do to diagnose properly. While he was here, he also installed our new shower panel. The installation was flawless (everything is level, secure, and works perfectly)! Youseff paid close attention to every detail, left the work area cleans, fair pricing, and treated our home with respect (including my dog). I had to wait a few days to write this review so I could test whether any leak would continue. But it had stopped completely as he guaranteed it would. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and skilled. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends, and anyone looking for an exceptional plumber. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!”
