“I had a few small exterior jobs to get ready for the upcoming winter. The primary job was to seal the gap where the concrete grade meets the foundation wall to prevent snow melt seeping into the basement. Next was the repair and tuck pointing of the masonry joints cladding in the front of the house. And finally, repairing the clay nosing at the front steps that had cracked and fallen off last winter's freeze thaw cycles. I selected Stephen for his expertise in exterior sealing and masonry repairs. Stephen came by initially to evaluate what needed to be done, and explained what materials he would be using and why and provided a reasonable quote for each. The work was completed in one afternoon as promised. Stephen is a consummate professional, and the high quality of his work is evident immediately.
