This is the first on-line review I have ever submitted but I felt my experience with South Peak warranted it. A competent and honest contractor with great customer service delivering at a competitive price. Imagine that :-). I was impressed at every step of the experience. Sales Rep 'Ivan' did a careful inspection of the work required for the estimate, double checked his work, making sure they'd deliver the work and price what he quoted. Unlike many sales rep's who are never seen again after awarding the contract, Ivan kept us informed on timelines to source the materials and actually attended during the work and followed up after completion to ensure we were satisfied. 'Amanda' in Admin clearly understood what information customers want/need and when, and provided all such information/documents at each step in the project, and without any prompting from us. The crew were professional, on-time and even worked late to ensure completion before the weather changed. They did a great job including several special requests I had thanks to the meticulous efforts and supervision of Crew Lead 'Augustine'. He double checked all work and even personally repeated some clean-up steps, without us even asking, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. In short, no negative surprises and no disappointments! Given the prevalence of 'shady' contractors (especially roofers), we were enormously relieved to have worked with South Peak.Latest review:

Chris and crew arrived early morning and cleaned up our front yard, side driveway and back patio within an hour. They also cleared the far side of the garage next to our neighbour's fence which wasn't in our initial request. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. While trying to repair a leak that we discovered inside our exterior walls, we decided to hire Beni for the job. While his quote was the most expensive of the other 2, he promised to do a good job and agreed to do all of what was being asked which included disassembling every exterior fixture such as the security cameras and light fixtures and re-finishing the entire front walls of the house as well as repairing every crack with new stucco and repainting the entire exterior of the house. Upon start of the work, I noticed the his crew started taping around the cameras and putting silicon in the cracks where a proper repair was to take place, this was brought up to him and he slightly responded saying "Don't worry". Later on I also noticed that the walls were not clear of debris before painting and parts of plants and dirt that was stuck to the wall had been painted over which once again I brought up to his attention and needless to say they were not adequately fixed. Needless to say that instead of the entire front of the house being re-finished, parts and patches were which as anyone who has done stucco would know looks terrible. On another occasion I had asked his crew to NOT step on a fresh concrete that was pored in the back of the house for a deck project and to my amazement within 5 minutes of that conversation the opposite happened and I caught his crew walking on the freshly pored concrete. When I confronted Arben (Beni) with all the problems he blamed COVID inability to find good laborer's. To make matters even worse, the crew made a huge mess everywhere, walked on my neighbors lawn and driveway, spilt paint over my neighbors drive way as well as the armor stones next the wall and back yard. Overall, the job that I paid top dollar for turned out to be a nightmare due to false promises and absolute lack of attention to details. I have no doubt that the other positive feedbacks here from friends or fabricated as their work speaks for itself. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to get quality stucco work.Latest review: - Get in touch

He later send a detailed outline of what the work would be and how much it would cost. He was professional very kind and got the job done and where we needed to save cost he was very upfront and honest about it. We had a leak coming from outside into our Cellar which he repaired and installed a insulated door for the cellar room as well as installed a garage door opener. Absolutely fantastic!! Dylan and his team did an awesome job for us! They were able to work within our budget, they came out within 2 days to do the job, and the job was done perfectly, including a spotless clean up and removal. Two very nice fellows set up the scaffold, and removed the loose bricks under the window and repointed them with the proper mortar for these old bricks. They also straightened out the window sill, which was sagging on one side. They took the time to check adjacent bricks and applied mortar where needed.
