I had all the windows in my house replaced in 2009. Brock windows did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the results. However, one of the windows has been leaking badly for some time. At first I thought I had been leaving the window open by accident, so I didn't call the company to repair it. This past week, I made sure the windows were closed during all the rainfall, and I discovered significant leaks all around the frame. The paint on the wall is even peeling because of the water. I called Brock two days ago to get something done, and no one has called me back. I am very disappointed with the delay and I wonder how much I'm going to have to hassle them to get this fixed. It doesn't seem like they stand behind their product once they got the job done.
**UPDATE** Since posting this I was contacted several times by Brock and have received satisfactory feed back. Although I was disappointed by the response time, it appears the problem is not in the windows but in the roof. My rating on the quality of workmanship remains the same - it was great - but I wish they had responded sooner.
