I had a few days ago, four windows from my upper floor, replaced by Brock Windows. (This is Thornhill, Richmond Hill area.)
Starting from the sales person to the technician who installed the windows, the experience was really great and unexpectedly pleasant.
Sokol the technician and his aide did not cut any corner. With great care for the house and always listening and addressing all our unexperienced concerns I cannot recommend more the company in general and this technician in particular.
