The gentleman that comes to do the work is a real gem, personable, friendly, hard working and very knowledgeable. Additionally, he spotted a problem with the roof this year, that we are now addressing. Without his watchful eye we would have had serious problems with the roof once the rain season started. We were extremely grateful that he pointed this out to us.
