I called the office and received excellent customer service. I explained that I had a problems with my 14 year a/c so I decided it was time to get a new one! After doing lots of research on different companies in the area I called A1. With in a couple hours I had spoken to a very knowledgeable sales man he didn't push me to purchase anything I didn't need. Thank you for all you help. I will be recommending A1 to my family or friends for sure
