Fantastic. Ben is always helpful. Always willing to help. Alan is very thorough in quoting. Installers don't speak English well but I communicated question, concerns and instructions via office. Pricing was very fair. Have recommended them already to lots of people. Actually working with them right now for my basement laminate! Kronotex rep said they were their biggest dealer too!
