We had our units installed in 2010. Our A/C was not installed properly. The incorrect coils were used. Refrigerant was added at a repair which is dangerous and illegal. The outside venting was not done properly. Ken called his boss on his 2nd visit for an issue he should of fixed and told the guy he was mentoring to fib on the form and say they changed a screw. I heard him fib on the phone to his boss. He had not fixed the issue properly at the first visit and did not want to get in trouble. Shady. I will not recommend this company to any of my many friends purchasing homes nor will I ever have Ken who is shady and doesn't know how to repair or install things in my home again. What a waste of money. Worst house experience we've ever had.

Thank you private user for your review. Obviously 8 years ago we were having issues of concern with a technician named ken . Sense that time we have fired ken and made every effort to rectify issues created by this technician .
