Great service, friendly and professional staff.

We needed the job done in a rush, Advanced Plumbing was able to re-arrange and fit our job in promptly. The staff that came were friendly and professional, even though they are not responsible for putting back dry walls after the work, they made every effort to minimize the damage they have to cut through, so repair later for us would be easier. Job was completed well and on time, and left the area clean and presentable.

I wanted to install a backwater valve and shopped around with several contractors. I immediately liked the way Greg approached the conversation and he gave me a reasonable cost estimate. He came on site to scope the drains (in and out the house) to determine if there were any issues (this alone cost few hundred bucks with most plumbers). The next day his crew was on site, he coordinated the permits and inspection and the day after the work was completed. Everything happened as per the script. Job well done! And I can now relax and not worry about sewage backup. 10/10.

George was very friendly and professional. Got the job done quickly. He fixed a leak and returned to install a kitchen faucet. Very clean and quick. Will hire again for other plumbing jobs.

Greg was one of the first contractors we received a quote from and hired for our renovation - and we feel very fortunate to have had him and George do the work. It wasn't the cheapest quote we received for the plumbing work, but I felt very comfortable with Greg from the beginning. And we are very happy we went Greg and George. They were on the job almost from the beginning and were very professional, flexible and delivered what they promised - and going above and beyond. A good example is that they replaced a section of underground drain (which isn't a small job) that wasn't part of the quote because it was the right thing to do.

I can't say enough good things about Greg and George. I have already recommend them to friends and will continue to do so. They will be the first, and only, call I make when I need a plumber in the future.

They appear as promised, work efficiently and most important covey a sense of confidence and expertise. These guys are the best. Greg and George are "model plumbers" and I cannot praise them enough. Highly recommended and worth waiting for. They are busy but they do not disappoint.

George was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable, professional & reasonably priced! We hired a plumber last year to instal 3 toilets & due to a leak, we called George after reviewing other people's comments on home stars. George didn't disappoint & within a few hours all three toilets were repaired & installed. He explained everything in detail & was very diligent in confirming there were no other issues with any of the other plumbing in our bathrooms. My husband and I received excellent service from George on a recent service call. George and his assistant arrived promptly, was personable and highly professional. We required our kitchen faucet to be replaced. We purchased a brand new kitchen faucet from Home Depot that appeared to have a factory defect. George notified me immediately prior to the installation of the defected faucet. We were able to exchange the blemished unit for a new one from Home Depot immediately. George was very courteous throughout the whole ordeal. Finally, George installed our brand new kitchen faucet and we couldn't be any more happier. Thank you to George and team at Advanced Plumbing! We'll be using Advanced Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs! Highly recommended!

We had a few issues that required attention and called Advanced Plumbing to get the work done. Their response was quick and they called in advance (no pun intended) to confirm their arrival. George and Tenzen were bot personable and completely professional in completing the work needed. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Advanced to anyone who may need plumbing service.

During the long process of a whole home renovation, it was time to do the kitchen and replace the entire drain stack. Throughout the entire reno process we've had many different contractors working here and Advanced Plumbing was absolutely one of the very best! Their price was very reasonable, they were on time and took great care to do a very professional top rate job! i know enough about plumbing to tell when someone wants to use a shortcut and when they want to do a first rate job and AP only does first rate jobs! Our kitchen island sink drains faster than any other sink I've ever had! They are one of those great contractors who almost disappear in the background and properly solve any issues while other contractors spend their time telling you how hard their job is.
They are not only my go to plumbers, my general contractor is also calling Advanced now instead of the one they used to use!

I hired Advanced Plumbing half-way through our 2-floor renovation, and my only regret is not hiring them from the start! It is so refreshing to find a company like this. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. They showed up on time and followed up by phone and email up when necessary (unheard of in Toronto!) Never did I feel like I was left hanging. Right from the first meeting with Owner Greg, it was a pleasure to work with this team. When George and Tenzin showed up to do the work, they took the time to review the project with me and to flag any problem areas. They discovered some rather unfortunate issues with the rough-in done by a previous plumber, and patiently and thoroughly explained my options to me. We sorted it out and now we have two beautifully functioning bathrooms. I have nothing but great things to say. 5 stars all they way - rock stars!
