After finding some strange looking cob web-like structures under the stairs in my basement, I reached out to a couple of pest control companies to help me identify the problem.
Liz from Aetna responded immediately and said she would send someone out to have a look at no charge since the images showed that we may have a problem. The next day, the house was inspected by Aetna and we were told we did not have a termite problem, which was a huge relief!
I had contacted another company prior to this who diagnosed the issue from the pictures and wanted to come to treat immediately instead of coming to assess the situation. I am glad I contacted Aetna- they are trustworthy and not looking to take advantage of customers.
Aetna is honest and knowledgable and I will be using them for any future pest control needs.
