My wife and I recently purchased a house in Riverdale and over the past few months we have been working with Richard from Aetna to protect our property from the risk of termites and other pests.

In addition to needing our property treated for termites, the first issues we had to take care of was the crawl space under our kitchen. The exterior wall of the crawl space needed to be re-built, re-insulated and then properly sealed-off to protect against pests. Although this project was outside of Aetna’s scope of work, Richard took time to advise my contractor on the best material and construction method to use to keep pests and in particular, termites, out. Richard also did a good job coordinating with my contractor so that he could treat the ground within the crawl space before it was sealed off. Finally, Richard offered to come back a few days later to inspect the work of my contractor and make sure he had followed Richard’s instructions before I signed off and paid for the work.

Richard and his crew have been very easy to work with and we are extremely happy with all the work they have done and advice we have received. The team is professional and diligent and Richard is very good at taking the time time to explain what needs to be done and why. The team worked efficiently and was respectful of our property. Richard has been back to inspect our property and just as we had hoped, no termites, or any other pests for that matter.
