We got three estimates to redo some simple kitchen cupboards.Alka was not the lowest price , We decided that we would go with them?
Price was reasonable, the schedule we could live with , visited showroom to review some features,
Install day , some problems , wife had to go to factory to pick up parts ! as well more issues , we called , they came and fixed some , called again , they promised to speak with Paul re the problems , no return call , visited offices with pictures , they promised to resolve issues , no calls , sent a letter describing over 15 issues from poor fit to plain bad measurements and lack of followup on dealing with problems with the installation. Next step BBB. 3 complaints to BBB they took over 2 months to respond to the first letter from BBB , back and forth , over small issues , they did not meet our expetations at all . I cannot recomend them in any way.
