My wife and I moved from our 3 bedroom apartment (on the second and third floor of a house) across the city into our new home (a bungalow) in September. The guys were about an hour later showing up than I had expected. This was partially due to an address typo that I had corrected with their reservations people a few days prior, but apparently wasn't actually clearly communicated to the guys driving the truck.
The guys were ok. One guy was an employee and he was pretty good. The second was apparently not an employee, and was just helping out because they needed some extra bodies. He wasn't very professional. He swore under his breath repeatedly, and complained about the way our stuff was packed (his complaints were valid, but not exactly useful)
The actual move went fine. I saw a couple of boxes fall on the way to the truck, but nothing that was fragile, and nothing was broken. The truck was packed securely.
Unloading went fine.
Overall, Ultimate Choice were ok. If I could do it over again, I would have rented a truck and done the move with friends.

Sorry Adam that you were not overwhelmed with our company. All our staff are employees of our company and not just bodies. The person you are referring to has worked with our company part time for the past 5 years. I am glad though that you were happy with the move itself. We do aim for customer satisfaction.
