Alliance Floor Source

Alliance is great for floors - both re-finishing and the laying new floors. The Alliance team was punctual and courteous and completed the job in a very tight timeline. Most of all, Lehel and Susan were friendly and easy to deal with - no slick sales pressure at all.
The areas that Alliance is less strong are the 'extra' work we had done (including installing new baseboards throughout the house, re-finishing some wood edging / banisters and clean up). This work was not up to the standard of their floors. That said, Lehel did get bring his people out again to try to undertake the repairs.
All in all, if you want friendly service and beautiful floors we would recommend Alliance. If additional work is required beyond the excellent flooring skills, use a bit of caution.
