Their service was very good and the technicians were fast and professional. However, I felt I paid too much after I did a search and discovered they charged me $185.00 to replace a $10.00 part that took approx 10 minutes. My advice to Apple Appliance Sales & Service Inc is to create a more consistent pricing and service cost model for your customers. A flat rate, plus time billed with a min of 30 minutes would have been more reasonable.
My advice to others is to question cost and perhaps do a bit self diagnostic before calling someone.

When you shop online you get different prices for the parts either USD
or often wholesale pricing. There is also the issue of shipping, handling, + customs fees that get applied on top as you wait for your part. After all of this, there is no guarantee that they sent the right part. Bottom line, buying from a reputable Canadian source may cost a few dollars more, yet will ensure the service and parts that your appliance needs.
