As designer who has used Aspen for many residential and commercial projects I have been extremely pleased. So far, I have used them for 9 different projects and highly recommend them. In every instance the jobs have been completed to the end users satisfaction (no small task)! They are very reliable and have worked with us to solve any site issues. I would also recommend a visit to their showroom as the product choices are outstanding.
Aspen Wood Floors recently supplied and installed a bamboo floor in one of our very demanding client's home. Aspen helped out with product samples, their crew arrived when they were supposed to and were extremely courtesous and helpful - even when we encountered floor levelling issues. Will continue to recommend them to all my clients as they are professional and a pleasure to work with.
