The guys responded quickly and did an immediate assessment.
I was given a reasonable quotation for a premium system and installation was scheduled immediately on the hottest day of the year.
The installers Mike and Jag did an excellent job.

I had a new air conditioning unit installed in my home. The service was prompt and courteous and I think I got good value for my money. I would recommend them for any HVAC work.

EDIT: Received a call from Nimo, the Customer Experience Manager, who turned things around. He listened intently to the issues I raised, provided helpful go-forward suggestions in dealing with a system that was sold/installed incorrectly by another HVAC company, and helped recover the relationship. His expertise and his plan for quality repair was most appreciated. This “hiccup” will not dissuade me from using AtlasCare’s services again soon.

The on-site technician, Leonard, was very helpful and got our system up and running. Thanks!

Noticed late evening on Sunday that my air conditioning is not working. Thought that my service plan with Atlas Care and their 24 hour service would be useful - I was wrong.

I called in at approximately 9 PM and got the answering service. Got a prompt call back from a technician who said that he would not be able to make it out in the evening because it was “too dark outside“. He insisted that I simply call back in the morning to schedule an appointment. He finally offered to send an email message to dispatch on my behalf to have the tech visit scheduled.

In the morning, I didn’t receive a call, so I called in myself. Spoke to an agent [Marlene] who kept asking the same questions over and over, who insisted I was on the wrong service plan [despite being on this plan successfully for many years], and who eventually hung up on me when I questioned why I need to be on a different plan all of a sudden.

Thoroughly unimpressed with the low quality of service for an emergency service call.

I had a water leak in my basement. James came and identified the root cause and fixed it in a quick and professional manner. I would definitely use Atlas again for any future plumbing needs.

We needed to hire a duct cleaning service in an emergency and Atlascare really stepped up and blew our expectations out of the water! Nimo (service manager) listened to our needs and our concerns, then escalated our request to get us an appointment on short notice. Jonathan showed up with his team on time, immediately laid out floor mats throughout the house to keep the floors clean and got to work promptly. The job was done in less time than they estimated and my home was left neat and tidy and smelling amazing! We couldn't be happier with Atlascare and their employees. We will definitely recommend their duct cleaning service to all of our friends and neighbours.

I had replaced my rental water heater by AtlasCare last year with satisfactory results so I decided to use them again when my AC needed replacement. I also decided to replace my furnace as it was also near its end of life and acting up.

The work was done professionally as was the interactions with sales and office staff. Quality equipment (Lennox) was installed with good parts and labor warranties.

Our experience with AtlasCare has been outstanding. Starting from the estimate process, right down to the installation of the new furnace, they have been excellent. Our sales person gave us clear options about the different types of furnaces, and he made sure all our questions were addressed. The booking of the installation was easy to do and they were able to accommodate our schedule. The installation crew was on time, were extremely safe (Covid protocols) and did an amazing work. We have had Atlas Care service our HVAC for over 20 years, and install a new HVAC system in 2011. (We are on an annual maintenance contract which I recommend because when your HVAC breaks its a big issue)

Our A/C unit iced up at the start of the 2021 cooling season and Del talked us through steps to sort it out Saturday night and at our request inspected it Sunday Morning on Victoria Day weekend. He was very patient with our questions and clearly explained the possible causes and options.

We are hopeful the cause is a combination of dirty air filter and closed floor vents from winter which limits airflow in the ducts and can freeze up the evaporator inside the house. Spotted a closed damper and pointed it out to us.

Overall Del was extremely helpful in diagnosing and resolving given the long weekend timing. We are thawing out the system and hoping A/C returns to normal.
