Avenue Road Roofing completely disappinted me this second time around. They did not listen to the job request and ended up coming back several times to rectify finising and design problems. Additionally they overcharged for the job and then had the excuse to say the inflated price was due to their high overhead. They charged me extra for the facia and soffits and said that was not included in the original estimate which was completely surprising. This was very dissapointed, previously Avenue Road Roofing had done an amazing job - I think they are lacking the same customer service they used to have and are now completely obsessed with the bottom line - making money. I will never use or recommend them ever again.

Thank you for your feedback. We did install the Bay roof window and the fascia and soffit were an oversight in the estimating process. However in recognizing this, Avenue Road Roofing paid for half the cost of this addition, which was agreed by Mr. Da Silva. We are also in communication with him and are installing some wall flashing for this customer at no extra cost to him. To say we are obsessed with the bottom line isn't the case. We strive for customer satisfaction and do what we can should an issue arise. Unfortunately this job did not go as smooth as we intended for it to do, however, we have put much time and effort in correcting the situation.
