I requested an in-home consultation online and received a call within an hour. Barry, the systems consultant who provided our quotation, listened to our concerns and provided us with the information we needed to make our decision. He also explained the rebates we were eligible for.
The installation team was polite, neat and efficient. Work was completed on schedule and the system was explained to us. Barry followed up with a home visit after installation, as promised, to walk us through the system and make sure we were happy with the installation.
I will be able to give a more complete evaluation of the system after a full cooling and heating season, but I have been completely satisfied with the consultation and installation by Belyea Bros. At each stage of the process, they have done exactly what they said they would do and have been responsive to our questions and concerns.
