Several years ago, Binns Kitchen &Bath Design renovated our kitchen including new counters and kitchen faucet.
We have been very happy with the design and also with the quality of the work and the sinks/faucets they recommended.
Recently the hand held showerhead on the faucet developed a leak and I contacted Ray Binns.
Ray made a few calls and got back to me a couple of hours later. He had arranged for the supplier to provide a new showerhead replacement which was shipped the next day at no cost to me.
Another example of the excellent customer service we have always enjoyed in our dealings with Binns Kitchen and Bath Design.
