Back in 2021 we have moved into our new home. We quickly discovered that due to a total lack of maintenance and fraudulent statements from the seller, the pool was completely unusable. For quite a while, we tried to get some quotes from different contractors but most didn't want do renovations or they would not get back to us. Unfortunately, the pandemic did further complicate things.
That, until we found Diamond Pools. From the moment we had the first assessment and site visit, throughout the whole renovation process, Chase, Andrew, Mike and the rest of the gang worked really hard to get our pool not just functional, but a quality renovation. From basically just a hole in the ground, we went all the way to a beautiful pool and patio, all working flawlessly. Every step of the way, they made sure we are comfortable with everything and made genuine efforts to meet our budget and expectations.
There is no doubt in my mind that if I were to do this again, I would choose again Diamond Pools. The people and the company are amazing and we are very happy we had the opportunity to work with them!
