Renovation appraisal and consultation
Recently we had Laura visit our home to provide a 1 hour consultation to discuss our intentions for renovating our home.
What was to be a discussion about "plans" turned out to be a talk about the "vision" we had for our home.
Laura asked us a number of questions which we had yet to consider which resulted in us deeply analyzing what we wanted out of our house and how its potential redesign would work for us far in to the future.
I would highly reccommend taking advantage of her expertise at the very least as a sounding board for your renovation plans. At present, we are strongly considering Laura and Braveheart to make our home renovation dreams come true thanks to her helpful insights and this very favourable first impression.

This is where budget is controlled- at the planning stage. Then at the Space Plan, Lighting Plan, Cabinetry and Finishes Plan.
