We recently moved into a home with a 16 year old furnace. We called in Button's to examine and perform maintenance on the furnace, and the technician discovered that the secondary heat exchanger had cracked and was allowing harmful exhaust gases to flow within the home. This led to a red tag being applied to the furnace, but the technician talked us through everything in a detailed, yet easily understandable way.
Within 15 minutes, a Button's sales representative contacted us and we scheduled for someone to come out and quote for a new furnace within the next 90 minutes. We sat down and chatted, going over the different pros and cons of each before we eventually made a choice. The sales rep was incredibly knowledgeable and did not feel pushy at any point.
The earliest appointment was three days later, but Buttons provided us three small heaters to place around the house as a temporary measure. It wasn't a great alternative, but the thought was really, really nice!
Come installation day, the guys were incredibly quick. They were in and out within 3-4 hours with the old furnace out, ductwork re-routed (inlet and exhaust were dated and rushed during the original construction of the home), installation of the new furnace, and debrief.
Buttons was fantastic. I honestly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC services. We plan on continuing to use them for maintenance for many years to come!
