I gladly write this review, as Flavio and Matthew solved our plumbing woes quickly, professionally and with clear expertise. They came on the same day I called, distraught, over a leaking pipe, at that point cause unknown. When they arrived, they got right down to business and after some sleuthing quickly identified the source of the leak: a punctured pipe, punched through some time ago (before we moved in), but only now manifesting the leak. Then, they fixed it, efficiently and skillfully. Finally, they cleaned up, though the "mess" was minimal. Throughout, Flavio was informative, taking time to explain what had happened. He (and Matthew) were also just plain nice -- courteous, friendly and reassuring. I recommend Flavio without hesitation.
