Canadian Choice

Over the summer I have been receiving many phone calls to get my windows replace. I knew they were in bad shape, but it was not on our list for this year due to cost. Choice Windows called with a no committment estimate, and we thought what the heck lest just find out what is out there. They did not sure up for their initial appointment and I was not impressed, but for some reason rebook another appointment (they were busy with another client and was too late to make mine).
Our first meeting with Stan, was informative, and there was no pressure. His attention to detail was bar non-- and provided us with many options and time to consider them.
Once our decision was made the Customer Service from this company has been impeccable-- i do appreciate a company with great customer service where the push for profits are not seen by the customer.
So far our experience is wonderful the windows and patio door looks absolutely beautiful, and I swear its instantly warmer inside our home. Can't wait to get the rest completed.
Mike and his team (installation team) has been so professional. Quiet, willing to answer my many questions and you guys worked so quickly and effeciently. they also clean up after themselves.
