I could not have picked a worse year for such a project, labour shortages, product shortages, soaring material costs however Joel and his tradesmen brought the project in on time and in budget.
This was a full garage project, cement Pad poured, framing, Roofing, siding, doors, Windows and a storage platform. All under the watchful eyes of city inspectors. Did Joel; run into issues? Yes, did he overcome and move forward? Yes, brilliantly. Do all my neighbors have a bad case of Garage envy? You want to believe it!
