The overall experience was excellent. The entire process from our initial inquiry, product education and selection, quotation, contract review, schedueling, installation through to follow-up was performed in a very professional manner. The window and door systems are superior quality and the installation itself was performed to the highest standard. No detail was missed. Would highly recommend.

- Replacing windows and doors is a significant investment so it is essential you educate yourself. There are many "unknowns" when contemplating the replacement of doors and windows and it can be daunting for the average homeowner with so many renovation companies claiming to do replacement windows. What helped solidify our decision to contract with Casa Bella was their entire approach. Within a day after making an initial inquiry, the Service Manager (Devon) arrived at our house to take the initial measurements. What was interesting was that he was not interested in selling us windows but in providng a wealth of unbiased, techincal information. Casa Bella's Sales Representative (Steven) then very patiently worked with us to explain the various options available so that we could make informed, educated decisions. Selecting to go with Casa Bella turned out to be one of the best and informed choices we've made.
